Are your items authentic?
All items we sell are brand new and are 100% authentic. All items come in
their original retail packaging . We do not sell inspired nor compared items.
Is your website secure? Will my information be accessed by others?
SprayBoutique has a SSL certificate assuring that all information that is
entered is encrypted and cannot be accessed by any outsider. All transactions
are 100% secure. You can be fully assured that none of the provided information
will be sold or imparted for trade or sale.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed right away as long as they are in stock. Orders
usually are charged and shipped the following business day. If you select
Overnight or 2nd day air, your item will ship the following business day as
well.
How much is shipping if I buy more than one item?
Shipping costs are flat. Once you choose the method (Overnight, 2nd day air,
Ground etc…) the price for shipping stays the same regardless of quantity.
What are your shipping regulations for orders shipping within the U.S.?
SprayBoutique can ship to any business or residential area as long as a
physical address is provided and the order passes all of our security
regulations. Delays should be expected with all parcels going to PO Boxes. All
shipping rates are flat and only depend on the method you select, rather than
quantity! SprayBoutique reserves the right to hold and/or delay any order
indefinitely due to suspicion of fraudulent activity.
Do you ship outside of the U.S?
Yes , we do ship internationally.

Will I be charged tax at checkout?
You do not pay taxes on your orders, unless we are shipping your product to NY
State.
What type of methods of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa/MC/American Express/Discover), money
orders and checks.
What if my item is on Backorder?
Items that are not available to ship when an order is placed are on backorder
and will ship at a later date. When the item becomes available we will then
charge your credit card and ship ASAP.
How soon do I get my refund?
Once the return is received (with an RMA number), we will issue you a refund.
Please give 7-10 business days at most for this transaction to reflect on your
credit card.
